Push your limits and unlock new levels of performance in the High Altitude Training Room at Remedy Grounds. This specialised space recreates low oxygen conditions similar to training at altitude, allowing you to experience the benefits of mountain training right here in South Melbourne.

By simulating elevations of approximately 3,100 to 3,500 metres, altitude training challenges your cardiovascular system, improves oxygen efficiency, and enhances endurance, strength, and recovery.

What is High Altitude Training

High altitude training involves exercising in a low oxygen environment, also known as hypoxic conditions. Reduced oxygen availability forces the body to adapt by improving oxygen delivery, cardiovascular efficiency, and cellular energy production.

At Remedy Grounds, altitude conditions are carefully controlled to safely replicate the physiological effects of training at high elevations without leaving sea level.
