What is Infrared Sauna Therapy

Infrared sauna therapy uses far infrared light that penetrates approximately 3 to 5 centimetres beneath the skin. This deep heat absorption stimulates circulation, encourages detoxification and supports cellular function.

Traditional saunas rely on hot air or steam, often reaching temperatures of 80 to 100 degrees Celsius. Infrared saunas operate at a more comfortable range of 45 to 65 degrees Celsius, making them easier to tolerate while still delivering a deeper sweat response.
